Product use:
This product is a uv absorbent for polyester fabric, which reduces the penetration of polyester textiles.
This product of polyester fabric has very excellent ultraviolet resistant finishing effect and washing resistance, with dyeing bath use without additional processing working procedure, to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction, and the effect on the light.
Product features:
Exterior light yellow suspension dispersion solution.
The chemical component of benzene series derivatives class anti - uv.
Ionic anionic property.
PH 5.0 7.0
Density (20 ℃) 1.02 to 1.05
Dilutability can be diluted with cold water to any proportion.
Storage stability has good storage stability. If there is stratification, but after stirring, it will be restored to its original shape, and its dispersion performance and efficiency will remain unchanged.
Compatibility: good compatibility with dyes and auxiliaries commonly used in polyester dyeing.
Foam low foam.
Application method:
JYK uv-p can be used alone or in bath with disperse dyes. Dosage: 1-3%;
Examples:
(1) high temperature dyeing process.
Disperse dye: X % :
JYK uv-p: 1-3%;
Levelling agent: 0.5 ~ 1.5%;
Acetic acid: adjusted pH=4.5-5;
Bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:20.
Up to 130 ℃, 30 to 60 minutes under 130 ℃ heat dyeing.
According to the different dye varieties, the heating rate and dyeing time were adjusted accordingly.
If used alone JYK UV - P, dye bath temperature to 130 ℃, the heat preservation for 10 minutes.



(2) hot-melt pad dyeing process.
Disperse dyes: X g/L;
JYK uv-p: 25-50 g/L;
Anti-swimmer: 10-30 g/L;
Penetrant: 0.5-2 g/L;
Rolling rate of more than 60-80%, 110-130 ℃ drying, 190-210 ℃ baking.
If used alone JYK UV - P, curing conditions of 180 ℃, 30 seconds.
(3) : pad process.
JYK UV - P: 10 to 30 g/L
Fastness promoter JYK FIX-ET: 10~30g/L.
Pad JYK UV - P (rolling rate of more than 70% - 80%) to drying (90 ~ 110 ℃), high temperature stenter (170 ~ 190 ℃ by 30 s - 90 s or 120 ~ 130 ℃ by 3 ~ 6 min)
Notes:
1. Effects on fluorescent whitening agents:
JYK uv-p has a inhibitory effect on the fluorescent whitening agent, regardless of the use process of the whitening agent. Even if the fabric is whitened with whitening agent, it can be seriously damaged. Therefore, it is not recommended to use this product to deal with the polyester fabric that needs fluorescence whitening;
2. It is suggested that the product should be thoroughly stirred and mixed before use.
3. The UPF value is affected by various factors such as the variety of fiber, the size of the fiber, the type and specification of the truncated surface and the fabric, and the amount of the product. In order to achieve the desired anti-uv effect, pre-test must be carried out before using this product.
